Network pre-treatment:

2.1 Take an appropriate amount of grinding paste and degreasing agent according to the screen area, and use a special brush to spiral to uniformly grind the printing surface of the screen and

After grinding and degreasing the screen, rinse both sides of the screen with clean water, and then rinse thoroughly with a pressure water gun.

2.3 Check whether the screen is completely hydrophilic. After the screen is wet, a layer of water like a mirror is attached to the surface; otherwise, it needs to be re-treated.

2.4 Then dry the pre-treated and qualified screen in the oven. 3. Apply photosensitive glue.

3.1 Prepare the screen and place it on the sizing table (Figure 2) at 80 ± 5° with the horizontal plane. Load the prepared photosensitive adhesive into the gluer to about 2/3 of its capacity.

Drying in front of the net —— upper photosensitive adhesive —— drying exposure —— developing —— drying inspection plate sealing

[Brand] Guangyin

[Manufacturer] Dongguan Lucky Printing Materials Co., Ltd.
