本涂层属阳离醇类聚合物，无色透明。经本涂层涂布后的膜材主要应用于弱溶剂颜料墨水数码打印（不适合水性墨水），特别适用OPP、PVC等数码打印后需要覆膜的工艺。This coating belongs to the cationic alcohol polymer class and is colorless and transparent. The film coated with this coating is mainly used for weak solvent pigment inks in digital printing (not suitable for water-based inks) and is especially suitable for processes such as OPP and PVC that require lamination after digital printing.

操作工艺Operating Process：

1. 网目选择：微凹，80~120 目斜纹状辊（涂 1 遍）；网纹辊，蜂窝状 200~280 目辊（涂 2 遍）Mesh selection: Micro-engraved, 80~120 mesh twill roller (apply once); screen roller, honeycomb 200~280 mesh roller (apply twice)。

2. 烘干温度：抛物线设置温度，溶剂挥发完全即可，无特定温度要求。Drying temperature: Set the temperature in a parabolic curve; just ensure the solvent completely evaporates, no specific temperature is required.

3. 可加乙醇或乙二醇乙醚稀释Can be diluted with ethanol or ethylene glycol ether
